3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us in the context of an order (name, address, email, phone, payment data). This data is processed exclusively for the fulfillment of your order (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies are necessary for the operation of the site and are set without consent. Functional and marketing cookies are only set after your explicit consent. You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

5. Server Log Files

The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits (IP address, browser type, time of request). This data is not attributable to specific persons and serves technical error analysis (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

6. Payment Service Providers

To process payments, we use the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). Stripe processes your payment data as part of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Depending on the selected payment method, other service providers (PayPal, Sofortüberweisung) may be involved. You can find more information in the privacy policies of the respective providers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

8. Revocation of Your Consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke consent already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected.

9. Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as legal retention periods (e.g. commercial and tax law for 10 years) require.

10. SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar starts with "https://".

11. Hosting (Base44)

This website is hosted on the Base44 platform. When using the website, technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) is processed by Base44 to provide and technically secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

12. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono), which are loaded externally from Google LLC. When the website is accessed, a connection to Google's servers is established, transmitting your IP address to Google. 13. Slack (Order and Support Processing)

For internal processing of orders and support requests, we use the service Slack (Slack Technologies LLC). When you place an order or submit a support request, the following data is transmitted to Slack: order number, payment method, your name, your email address, your phone number, the ordered items, the shipping address, and the order value. For support requests additionally: ticket number, subject, and the content of your support message. This data is used exclusively for internal order processing and customer support. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract processing) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient internal communication).
