Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
For all orders via our online shop hardwaredevil.com by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB), the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in their version valid at the time of the order.
§ 2 Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded between Melanie Korz (hereinafter "Seller") and the purchaser (hereinafter "Customer"). The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an online catalog. By clicking the "BUY NOW" button, the customer places a binding order. The order confirmation is sent by email immediately after submitting the order.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory value added tax (currently 19%) plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown during the order process. We ship exclusively to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Delivery to other EU countries or European countries is not available.
§ 4 Delivery
In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days, express shipping 1–2 business days. If an item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately. Delivery is exclusively to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
§ 5 Payment
The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal: Payment is processed via PayPal.
- Sofortüberweisung: Direct transfer via the Sofortüberweisung system.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made. In the event of contractual breach by the customer, the seller is entitled to demand the return of the goods.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The following withdrawal policy applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Melanie Korz, Am Bayershof 8, 29699 Walsrode, email: widerruf@hardwaredevil.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

§ 8 Warranty
The statutory defect warranty rights apply. For used goods, the limitation period for defect claims is one year. The statutory warranty for new goods is two years.
§ 9 Liability
For damages to body, health and life as well as for damages under the Product Liability Act, the seller is liable without limitation. Otherwise, the seller is only liable for intent and gross negligence.
§ 10 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at datenschutz.
§ 11 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Walsrode, provided the customer is an entrepreneur.
